Welcome to Nuevo Om. By visiting nuevoom.com, registering for an event, purchasing an offering, or participating in a Nuevo Om experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Nuevo Om offers yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound-based relaxation, wellness gatherings, private group experiences, educational workshops, and related community offerings.

Event details, instructors, locations, schedules, and activities may vary. Nuevo Om reserves the right to make reasonable changes when necessary.

Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed and you have received confirmation.

For private gatherings, Nuevo Om must first confirm the requested date, location, group needs, weather conditions, and availability before payment is accepted.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or Squarespace. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration and payment information.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by event or service. Any terms displayed on an event page, registration form, proposal, invoice, or checkout page will apply to that purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, registrations are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another person with advance notice and approval from Nuevo Om.

If Nuevo Om cancels an event, registered participants will receive a refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future offering.

Weather and Unexpected Changes

Some Nuevo Om experiences are held outdoors. Events may be adjusted, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled because of weather, unsafe conditions, instructor illness, venue changes, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When possible, participants will be notified promptly using the contact information provided during registration.

Participant Responsibility

Participation in yoga, movement, sound experiences, outdoor activities, and wellness practices involves inherent risks. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for participating within your personal abilities and comfort level.

Please inform the instructor of relevant injuries, pregnancy, physical limitations, accessibility needs, or health concerns before participating. You may modify a practice, rest, or stop participating at any time.

Nuevo Om’s offerings are educational and wellness-based. They are not medical treatment, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Participation may require completion of a separate liability waiver. These Terms & Conditions do not replace any event-specific waiver or informed-consent form.

Minors

Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some offerings may require the parent or guardian to register, sign a waiver, or remain present.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Nuevo Om is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Respectful Conduct

Nuevo Om is committed to creating welcoming and respectful experiences. Harassment, discrimination, threatening conduct, unsafe behavior, or behavior that significantly disrupts an event may result in removal without a refund.

Photography and Media

Nuevo Om may take photographs or videos at certain gatherings. Participants will be notified when event photography is planned and may communicate if they prefer not to be photographed.

Any separate photo or media consent provided during registration or at an event will apply.

Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics, branding, class materials, event concepts, and other original content on nuevoom.com belong to Nuevo Om and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

You may share links to publicly available Nuevo Om pages for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to third-party platforms, venues, payment processors, or other service providers. Nuevo Om is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites and services.

Limitation of Liability
