Step away from the everyday and reconnect beneath the wide-open desert sky.
This four-hour ranch retreat weaves together beginner-friendly Hatha yoga, a guided horse-feeding and grooming experience, a bonfire release ritual, restorative Yin yoga, and a crystal singing bowl meditation. Seasonal refreshments, closing snacks, and a small Nuevo Om keepsake are also included.
No previous yoga or horse experience is needed—just come as you are and leave feeling grounded, connected, and renewed.

Created in collaboration with Bryan’s Green Care Apothecary, this half-day wellness gathering weaves together beginner-friendly yoga, plant wisdom, an interactive apothecary workshop, a seasonal flower ritual, and a grounding crystal singing bowl meditation. Your workshop materials and a handcrafted apothecary creation to take home are included.
No previous yoga or herbal experience is needed—just come curious and leave with something meaningful you can carry into your everyday rituals.

Each monthly gathering will offer a distinct seasonal theme woven through gentle movement, restorative Yin yoga, nervous system care, guided reflection, and crystal singing bowl meditation. The familiar rhythm of each evening will give you space to slow down while allowing every gathering to build naturally upon the one before it.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and move through the season with greater awareness, grounding, and community.

All levels are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is required. Because space is held for you across all three dates, registration is offered as a complete series.

A 90-minute recovery experience created to help you release accumulated tension, soften deeply, and reconnect with your body.
Led by Samantha Matta of Nuevo Om, this workshop will weave together guided myofascial release, restorative Yin Yoga, crystal singing bowls, and Yoga Nidra meditation—offering the body space to recover and the nervous system permission to settle.
Open to everyone. No previous Yin or Bikram Yoga experience is required.

Learn how to locate and work with key tension points commonly affected by a consistent Bikram practice. We’ll explore areas such as the feet, hips, glutes, shoulders, and upper back.12:35 PM — Yin + Myofascial Integration
